The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for servicing auto loan accounts by providing support to customers and answering service questions; suggesting information to assist in providing excellent customer service and documenting all account activities utilizing loan servicing software.

The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by providing administrative, clerical and research support services for various matters associated with indirect automobile sales financing, including litigation management, business license maintenance/compliance, consumer complaint handling, dealer recourse, and subpoena responses.
